You have fourteen (14) calendar days from the shipping date of your order to return the product you have purchased by choosing either another product or requesting a refund. In both cases the return costs are covered by the customer.
Please note that in order a product return or replacement request to be accepted, the following conditions must be happened:
- Contact the store at +30 22710 20602 or mail info@xrysosoikos.gr, in order to report your request and approve the return of the product.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all the original accompanying documents (purchase receipt, warranty, instructions for use) while the special label of the company ISIDOROS MYLONAS & CO. EE. has not been removed or damaged in any way. If it is a watch, must not have been worn further of the test and parts of its bracelet must not have been removed or any modification made. It is not accepted the change of product that has been modified after a relevant suggestion of the customer, eg size change in a ring, chain length, etc. as well as in a tailored made product.
- Returns are made only by the courier companies ACS Courier or Speedex Courier while the packaging of the returned product must be safe so as not to cause any damage during transport. In case of loss or destruction of the product during the transfer of the return, the company ISIDOROS MYLONAS & CO. EE does not have any responsibility.
Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted. Change of already changed products is not allowed.
In case the order has been executed incorrectly by us, such as sending a defective product or damaged packaging or a different product from that of your order, then we have to repair or replace the product. Finally, in case of product return, your refund will be completed within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt of the product, by deducting the shipping and return costs of your order.
